Joy fueling management system is a gas station management system, independently developed by Bluesky.
It can manage a series of equipment, such as fuel dispensers, fuel tanks, etc. through intelligent communication boxes,
so as to achieve data sharing and intelligent management of gas stations and generate daily, monthly, and yearly reports.
It supports different brands of fuel dispensers because the intelligent communication box has multiple protocols.
In the future, can remotely control the fuel dispenser through the mobile App,
and OTA upgrade the firmware of the fuel dispenser.
It plays a huge role in the construction of new gas stations or upgrade of old gas stations.
Depending on different gas station situations, the wiring connection can be wired or wireless, totally there are 4 models.
Model 1:
1)The fuel dispenser and the intelligent communication box exchange information through the RS485 communication line, and the communication distance is 500m
2)The intelligent communication box exchanges information with the server through the 2G or 4G network or WIFI
This model is suitable for the gas station that doesn’t have a computer or doesn’t have an office,
like a mobile fuel station, then the gas station owner only can check all the data through their mobile phone.
Model 2:
1)The fuel dispenser and the intelligent communication box exchange information through the RS485 communication line, and the communication distance is 500m.
2) The intelligent communication box exchanges information with the station-level management system on the computer through the RS232 serial port line,
This model is suitable for traditional gas stations, there is at least one place to place the computer, or one computer to control all fuel dispensers in the office, or each computer for each island.
It also can be a self-service gas station, when the client comes, will go to the office to pay money first,
then the person in the office will send authorization to the appointed nozzle, and the client will go there to lift up the nozzle and fuel by himself.
If without the the authorization from office, even the lift-up nozzle still can’t start fueling.
Model 3:
1)The LORA communication board is installed on the fuel dispenser, and the information is exchanged with the intelligent communication box through the serial port wireless communication method,
and the distance of wireless communication is 60m;
2)The intelligent communication box exchanges information with the server through the 2G or 4G network or WIFI
This model is suitable for old gas stations, with no need to lay communication cables, all are wireless, but it also has a high requirement for the internet, also no need for a computer.
Model 4:

2) The intelligent communication box exchanges information with the station-level management system on the computer through the RS232 serial port line;
This model is also suitable for old gas stations, but which have an office, we can put the intelligent communication box and computer in the office, and the communication between the intelligent communication box and with fuel dispenser is also wireless, easily installation
