Oil and gas separation principle
- The oil-containing gas enters the oil-gas separation chamber through the oil-gas recovery hole. Since oil is heavier than gas, the oil will be deposited in the lower part of the oil-gas separation chamber, while the gas will be in the upper part. The oil deposited in the lower part of the oil-gas separation chamber floats the oil return float, and the oil is sucked into the inlet of the oil pump under the action of the pressure difference; the gas deposited in the upper part of the oil-gas separation chamber is discharged from the exhaust port to outside the pump;
- If the oil level in the oil-air separation chamber is too high, the liquid level block is floated to close the exhaust port to prevent the oil from emerging from the exhaust port. When the oil is sucked into the inlet port from the oil return hole, the oil level in the oil-air separation chamber will drop Finally, the exhaust float opens the airport and continues to deflate as the oil decreases.
- When the oil gas is closed, the pressure in the pump outlet cavity increases and the overflow valve core is pushed open under the pressure of the oil pressure to compress the spring of the valve core, and the oil returns to the oil inlet of the pump, so that the oil in the pump The internal circulation achieves the purpose of constant pressure and noise reduction.
Description of oil flow direction
The oil is sucked from the oil inlet, passes through the inlet filter, and enters the rotor. After the oil and gas are separated, the oil is filtered again in the outlet chamber, and the outlet check valve is pushed open under the action of oil pressure to be discharged out of the pump body.
