This station-level management system is applied to the management of medium and large gas stations. It needs to be equipped with communication box equipment to connect various equipment,
such as gas pumps, liquid level meters, etc., to achieve various daily management of gas stations.
1. Introduction to the main interface
This is the main interface of the system. The station-level management system has previously introduced functions such as unit price and reports,
and other functions will be introduced later.
2. Site printing function
The current function is the print setting function. Users can customize the printout of transaction records in the transaction record column on the right side of the main interface.
The output content can be set within the current function, as shown in the figure below:
The current function can set a total of 9 printing lines, and each line’s content cannot exceed 32 characters. After the setting is completed, whatever information the user sets,
the system will print out the corresponding transaction record receipt in this format according to the content set by the user.
3. Manual shift function
As shown in the figure above, it is a schematic diagram of manual shift handover. The system defaults to automatic shift handover.
Customers only need to set the daily shift time and number, and the system will automatically settle the daily shift data. In addition to automatic shift handover,
customers can also choose to turn off the automatic shift handover function and turn on the manual shift handover function.
The manual shift handover function requires customers to log in to the system,
select the manual shift handover function, and click the work button.
The system will automatically generate a shift number, and then all transaction records generated after that will be automatically counted in that shift.
When the customer clicks the get off work button,
The system will settle all the records up to this point and summarize these data into one shift data information to display to the customer.
The report is as shown in the figure below:
It mainly records gun data information and settlement summary information.
4. Automatic oil feeding function
The automatic oil feeding function must be used with liquid-level meter equipment. This function mainly helps customers calculate oil unloading data.
The system will automatically determine whether the site oil tank is unloading oil based on the volume data returned by the liquid level meter.
If it is unloading, If the oil status is determined, the oil unloading status of the oil tank will be recorded. After the oil unloading is completed,
an oil unloading record will be automatically generated for customers to query.
As shown in the figure above, the system will display all oil unloading data within the period and calculate its accumulation. In addition,
during the oil unloading process, the system will automatically send an email to the customer’s mailbox to inform them which station and tank is unloading oil.
In addition, it should be noted that turning on this function requires the customer to set the oil unloading change value of the oil tank. However,
when the oil tank volume rises greater than this value, the tank is unloading by default. Its settings need to be configured in the system’s tank settings, as shown in the figure below:
After the setting is completed, the system will automatically turn on the automatic oil unloading function of the oil tank based on this value.
