The PIR material is directly made during installation, but this kind of insulation does not have a good insulation effect, and the insulation of the valve will not be in place,

Without considering the cost, all major manufacturers will use vacuum box plates, use stainless steel plates to wrap and weld all the valves in the entire liquid filling machine and evacuate the interior to a vacuum.

and there is no need for frequent and repeated maintenance. However, the valves used in the vacuum box are all custom-made for vacuum and are expensive.

but it can solve the problems of poor continuous insulation effect, inconvenient later maintenance, and high manufacturing and production costs.
