3. Hardware connection of smart communication box

1)Install the wireless module at the designated location.

2)Install the traffic card in the corresponding slot.

3)Install a GPS antenna.

4)Connect to the main power socket.

4. The connection between the oil engine electronic control and the intelligent communication box

Connect the other end of the communication cable to the communication port of the motherboard. Make sure that line A and line B are connected correctly.

Insert the LORA module into the corresponding port on the mainboard of the smart communication box and connect the 4G antenna.

On the other side, connect the 485 communication interface of the electronic control and make sure the connection is correct.

3)Liquid level meter connection:

If you need to check the data and oil gun status, you can connect the liquid level meter and the intelligent communication box through the RS485 communication line,

but make sure that the liquid level meter occupies an independent port and cannot be shared with the electronic control.

4)The first power-on operation of the smart communication box

After the connection is completed, perform the first power-on operation:

Make sure that when the communication box is powered off, DIP switch 2 is changed to ON,

and then powered on again to use the communication module; DIP switch 4 is changed to ON,

and powered on again to use the WIFI module to communicate with the cloud.

Waiting for the communication box to initialize, the indicator lights will change sequentially,

and during normal operation, the mainboard’s display will display information.
