How does the Hydrogen Dispenser work?
The hydrogen in the hydrogen fuelling station gas storage system is compressed and cooled into the hydrogen dispenser. Each system is filtered by the filter and then passed through the mass flow meter (displaying instantaneous flow, cumulative flow and gas temperature), the air intake automatic shut-off valve, the pressure regulating valve, and the pipeline pressure/temperature transmitter again, and then through the pull-off valve, high-pressure hose and hydrogenation gun to add to the vehicle hydrogen storage container to complete the hydrogenation work.
After the hydrogen filling is completed, the automatic vent valve opens to release the pipeline pressure to a slight positive pressure (the hydrogenation hose and hydrogenation gun continue to be in a high-pressure standby state, which will affect the service life and also ensure safety).
The control system automatically controls the refueling process, and calculates, displays and controls the Hydrogen dispenser according to the flow signal output by the flow meter and the pressure signal output by the pressure sensor, thereby achieving safe and reliable refueling process control.

How to refuel a car with a hydrogen dispenser？
• First, you need to ensure the safety of the hydrogen filling station and the car.
• Secondly, connect the filling gun to the hydrogen filling port of the car and click Start on the keyboard.
• Then, the control system will fill according to the internal pressure and stop filling when it reaches the filling range.
• Finally, disconnect the gun from the car to complete the filling.

It is strictly forbidden to power on the system before the installation is completed!
Any incorrect installation operation may bring danger to the installer. The installer must understand the requirements of the internal safety device of the system and strictly follow the instructions in the manual to ensure safety;
1) Please read the “Instruction Manual” carefully before installation and use.
2) If you want to repair this equipment, please call Blue Energy Equipment Company. The company is not responsible for property and personal injury caused by maintenance operations not approved by Blue Energy Company.
3) This hydrogen dispenser is a high-pressure equipment, and non-professionals are strictly prohibited from disassembling and repairing the internal pipes and valves:
4) The instrumentation and electrical equipment on this hydrogenation machine are all explosion-proof equipment, and users are not allowed to use instrumentation and electrical equipment that is not approved by the company for replacement.
5) Although this hydrogen dispenser has been strictly inspected before leaving the factory, the following operations are required before the first use: purging, pressure resistance test, sealing test, and electrical inspection; Blue Energy Company will still arrange for professionals to re-inspect and debug the hydrogen dispenser on site, and then deliver it to customers, and provide customers with operation training.
6) When repairing the hydrogen dispenser, the power supply and gas supply must be turned off, and nitrogen must be used for purging and replacement no less than 5 times.
7) During the hydrogenation operation of the hydrogen dispenser, it is strictly prohibited to use fireworks, make phone calls, use radio equipment, and all live equipment. The vehicle is powered off, shut down, and grounded.
8) Do not operate the hydrogenation gun hose roughly to prevent the break valve from disconnecting. If the break valve is disconnected, the customer needs to bear the cost loss of returning to the factory for reset.
9) The explosion-proof control box introduction device must compress the cable as required, and the unused introduction port must be effectively blocked. The wiring of intrinsically safe equipment and non-intrinsically safe wiring are separated.
