The JOY FUELING fuel management system mainly connects energy filling equipment (such as fuel dispensers), oil tank monitoring equipment (such as level gauges) and payment modes to the central management system through a communication box to achieve rapid management and control, thereby improving the intelligence of gas stations and saving costs
- Compatible with different filling equipment
- RFID card refueling mode
- Multiple payment modes
Advantage of JOY FUELING Fuel Management System(FMS)
JOY FUELING’s fuel management system can meet the business needs of oil company gas stations and can achieve synchronous management from a single gas station to multiple gas stations. The management system runs under the Windows operating system, has a user-friendly interface, and is easy for users to use.
Gives operators a clear view of the gas station operation status, data reports, and equipment status. It is managed by a smartphone APP and is a mobile office.
Supports comprehensive energy mixed filling stations. It can connect to Blue Sky gas stations, LPG, CNG, LNG gas stations, urea gas stations, methanol gas stations, IC cards, RFID card gas stations, etc.
Can connect to world-renowned brands of gas stations, such as Gilbarco, Wayne, Tatsuno, Tokheim, etc. Conversely, the BlueSky fuel station can also be connected to its management system.
In short, if both parties have a communication protocol license, any brand of filling equipment can be interconnected.

Software
Main functions of the fuel management system:
- RFID cards can be issued to drivers through the central service system, and the cards have a stored value function
- Real-time display of the current status of fuel guns and tank equipment
- Control or monitor terminal fuel dispensers
- Equipment safety alarm
- Automatically generate various data reports, such as daily reports, monthly reports, and annual reports
How to use:
You can use a browser to open the JOYFUELING fuel management system webpage, enter the URL http://joyfuel.joyfueling.com:8012/
Enter your username and password (the initial username and password are provided by BLUESKY. You can modify or create another username and password after logging in. If you need to test, you can also ask the BLUESKY administrator for a free test account. Please contact pan@blueskynewenergy.com)

The four major areas of the work interface
- Area 1 on the left is the menu bar
- Area 2 at the top is the logout menu bar
- Area 3 at the top is the language selection menu bar
- Area 4 on the right is the online gas station, the amount of gas that day, the amount, and the tank information display area, and the scroll bar shows the recent transaction records and the alarm information of the tank

Main functions of the system
Create a site
Multiple sites can be created. The basic information on the site includes the gas station name, phone number, communication box code, and gas station address. The communication box code is the IMEI code on the wireless module. To ensure the correctness of the code, the IMEI code can be queried through the query list on the communication box screen.

Energy Settings
Set the oil type code, such as different types of gasoline and diesel codes. Different sites under the same account can use the same oil code.

Unit price setting
Set the unit price for oil products. The unit prices for different sites can be set separately.

Oil tank settings
Create site oil tank information, and after linking with the level meter, you can display the liquid level status in the oil tank in real time

Bind device
Bind device: establish the connection between the communication box and the JOYFUELING fuel management system, and configure the communication protocol between the communication box and the fuel dispenser

When all settings are completed, click the [OK] button, wait 10 seconds for the data to be updated, and the communication indicator light (red and green) of the corresponding port of the communication box will flash alternately.
At this time, you can use the JOYFUELING fuel management system normally
Working Window
Each icon in the working window corresponds to the fuel gun of the fuel dispenser and displays the fueling data, unit price, and other information in real-time. The operator can remotely monitor or control the fuel dispenser, and give fueling commands, stop fueling, etc.

Report query
The reports include daily, monthly, and annual reports. When multiple stations are connected, the report information of all gas stations can be queried under the same account and printed out.

Transaction Records
Transaction records can be used to query refueling details by station, fuel type, gun number, and period. There is also a bar chart display of the refueling volume in area 2 of the window.

RFID Fueling System
The RFID system enables self-service fueling with RFID cards, readers, tags, and issuing systems, linked to the communication box for efficient transactions.

RFID card refueling mode
Bind the RFID keyboard. One RFID keyboard can bind up to 4 fuel nozzles.
Make an RFID card
Log in to the web-based card-making software system. The card-making software system mainly has the following functions: modify key, make card, modify card, operate card balance, record card balance operation, account management, etc.
- Connect the card reader, open the card-making interface, and place a new blank RFID card on the card reader
- Select RFID as the card type in the connection
- Enter user information and a 4-digit card password
- Fill in the card limit. If there is no limit, fill in 0
- After confirming that the information is correct, click the middle point to make a card

Card refueling
- Place the card on the RFID keyboard to read the card number
- Select the gun number and enter the password
- Take the gun to refuel, the keyboard displays the gun number, user name, real-time balance, license plate number, and other information
RFID tag refueling mode
Install an RFID reader on the refueling gun. When the refueling gun is close to the RFID tag attached to the vehicle refueling port panel, the RFID reader automatically reads the RFID tag information, selects the gun number, enters the password, and starts refueling

Automatic Tank Gauging System (ATG)
Bluesky Automatic Tank Gauging System, referred to as ATG (Automatic Tank Gauging System), is used to detect changes in the volume of liquid fuel in the tank and tell us when the tank needs to be refilled.
The ATG system connects to the JOYFUELING fuel management system through wired or wireless communication (such as GPRS, 4G, 5G), centralizing tank management and making fuel inventory clear at a glance, greatly improving management efficiency and reducing potential safety risks.

The level sensor is installed in the liquid of the tank. As the fuel level changes, it is converted into a pulse signal and input into the control box for processing. The processed data information is displayed on the control box screen. It contains a variety of functions and parameters, such as fuel level height, volume, temperature, and density.
Smart Payment System
BlueSky gas station’s smart payment system is a complete payment management system that provides payment methods such as cash, bank cards, employee cards and user cards, RFID cards and RFID tags, APP and mini-programs, making gas station management smarter and payment more convenient.

The JOY FUELING fuel management system can issue fuel cards, and users can use fuel cards for self-service refueling. At the same time, managers can also query the sales data of employee cards for performance management.
For ordinary gas stations, you can choose to pay in cash or with a bank card. When the customer base is large, you can choose to pay by employee card or user card.
For oil energy companies, there are many retail gas stations, and you can choose to pay by employee card, user card, or APP, a mini program to achieve unattended and self-service refueling.
For transport fleets, you can choose RFID card payment. Through RFID radio frequency identification technology, vehicles with RFID tags have identification functions, self-service settlement, and improved work efficiency.
Mobile App Management
The JOYFUELING app allows operators to manage the station remotely, providing real-time information on station operations and equipment statuses.

Conclusion
JOY FUELING’s fuel management system is used through modular combination networking, integrating gas station equipment management, fleet management, payment methods, mobile APP applications, and other functions to meet the needs of different gas station operators, and can also be secondarily developed according to your usage habits.
JOYFUELING fuel management system can help gas stations optimize fuel inventory management, cost accounting, and data analysis, help improve your gas station operation efficiency and increase economic benefits, and is an important tool for gas station operation management.
