Maintenance of Gas Station Equipment is to ensure the normal operation of gas stations. We have sorted out some daily maintenance and maintenance points to see how our gas station does it.
Listen – whether the sound of the tanker running is normal.
Look – at whether the connection between the shell of the tanker and the various parts of the whole machine is detached or deformed.
Smell – whether there is any peculiar smell when the tanker is working.
Wipe – remove dust from the tanker shell and dirt inside the machine.
1.1 Always wipe the inside and outside of the housing of the tanker to keep it clean without dust and oil.
1.2 The motor, oil pump bearing, and pinch roller bearing shall be regularly filled with lubricating oil and grease according to regulations.
1.3 Debug each component, such as whether the tension of the V-belt is appropriate,
whether the oil pump runs flexibly and evenly,
and whether the adjustment of the relief valve spring of the pump is appropriate.
1.4 When testing the machine and cleaning the oil tank, do not use the oil tanker (or submersible oil pump) to pump water or water-containing oil,
so as to avoid the internal corrosion of the oil pump and the liquid level components and the freezing crack damage at low temperatures.
1.5 Regularly clean the oil filter to prevent impurities from being sucked into the oil pump according to regulations or business needs.
The cleaning cycle of the flow transmitter (flow meter), solenoid valve, oil gun, and filter is generally at least once a month.
1.6 Regularly clean the valve seat of the oil and gas separator, at least once a month after normal use.
1.7 Regularly check the joint surface of the liquid-level components, interface gaskets,
and oil seals for leakage, if any, and report and deal with them in time.
1.8 Before putting into operation, the newly put into operation-or majorly renovated oil station (replacement of oil tanks, oil pipelines, oil dispensers, etc.) should thoroughly flush the pipelines,
oil tanks, and oil machine connection welding slag, rust, and other debris.
1.9 Flowmeter, pulse sensor (encoder), oil engine tax control motherboard, and IC card motherboard damage needs to be replaced and repaired,
and it needs to be reported to the local technical supervision department and the national taxation department for confirmation before replacement.
1.10 Regularly check the grounding wire of the tanker casing, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4 ohms;
the accuracy of the tanker in use should be checked once a month. When the accuracy exceeds ±0.3%, the flowmeter should be adjusted and reported to the local technical supervision department. And make corresponding records in the ledger.
1.11 Use a multimeter to test the electrostatic resistance value of the oil delivery hose and the nozzle of the oil gun once a month,
and the resistance value is required to be less than or equal to 10 ohms.
2. Maintenance of oil storage tank
2.1 Check and maintain the manhole operation well every day to ensure that there is no dust, water, oil, and oil and gas in the well.
2.2 Derust the accessories and bolts in the manhole every week, and check that the electrostatic bridge is in good condition.
2.3 Check the oil measuring hole gasket every week, and replace the aging and damaged gasket in time.
2.4 Derusting the snorkel pipeline every week, and checking whether the electrostatic connection is firm.
2.5 Observe whether the flame arrester is properly exhausted every time the oil is unloaded.
2.6 Maintain the flame arrester every six months to clean up dust and rust.
3. Maintenance of submersible pump
The submersible pump is the maintenance of Gas Station Equipment with relatively low frequency.
3.1 Daily maintenance is mainly for appearance maintenance, checking whether the connecting pipeline of the submersible pump is firm, checking whether the grounding wire is well connected,
whether the cable connection is sealed, and rust and cleaning the casing of the submersible pump and the connecting pipeline.
3.2 Do not arbitrarily adjust the functional parts of the submersible pump head. During use, pay attention to the remaining oil in the oil tank at any time. When the remaining oil is lower than the submersible pump motor, stop using it and add oil.
3.3 When the submersible pump is designed, it must have a maintenance-free function. The part that needs to be maintained is only in the pump head,
and a technical inspection once a year is enough. During the normal use of the submersible pump,
the vulnerable parts that need to be replaced are the starting capacitors of the motor.
3.4 When disassembling the functional components of the submersible pump, the power supply of the submersible pump should be disconnected first.
Since the submersible pump will maintain a certain pressure in the pipeline when it is not working, the submersible pump should be depressurized before disassembly.
4. Oil and gas recovery equipment
4.1 Oil and gas recovery fuel nozzle
Maintenance of Gas Station Equipment also has a relatively high frequency of fuel nozzle.
The oil and gas recovery fuel nozzle is somewhat different from the traditional oil nozzle in design, and its internal structure is very precise.
Special attention should be paid to the use and maintenance:
4.1.1 The oil gun should be free from collision and knock, just wipe it with a dry cloth, and keep it clean frequently.
4.1.2 After the oil nozzle is refueled, the oil nozzle should be stopped for a while before taking out the oil nozzle,
and the residual oil in the gun barrel should flow out. Then the oil nozzle should be taken out and hung up, and the whole refueling operation is completed.
If you take out the nozzle immediately after refueling, there is still a little residual oil accumulated in the barrel, and before the next refueling,
there will be oil in the barrel, which will be mistaken for oil nozzle failure and oil leakage.
4.1.3 When refueling, the oil nozzle is often too sensitive and stops, which may be due to the accumulation of oil in the barrel or the crushing and hardening of the O-ring in the barrel.
The general exclusion method only needs a simple understanding of the oil nozzle, and it can be repaired. Take the barrel out, check the upper and lower O-rings, and remove the accumulated oil.
4.1.4 When the oil nozzle is refueling, it often happens that the nozzle does not automatically stop after filling up the oil.
The general reason is that there are impurities in the oil or sand particles in the air that are blown into the barrel by the wind,
which makes the center ejector in the nozzle body stop.
Backflow or spring stuck, resulting in failure of the trip-stop function. The general treatment method is to disassemble the nozzle, carefully take out the film, check the valve and spring,
blow it into the barrel and the inside of the nozzle with high-pressure air, remove the internal impurities, and then assemble the parts back.
4.1.5 Oil and gas recovery hose, check whether the hose is damaged, whether the sealing ring is damaged,
and whether there are jumps when the gun is refueled or the air hole of the nozzle runs out of oil.
4.2 Pull-off valve
Check whether the pull-off valve is pulled and disconnected by force,
whether the conduction is damaged or dirty, and whether the sealing ring is damaged.
4.3 Oil-gas separation gas-liquid ratio control valve
If the gas-liquid ratio is unqualified due to dirt, please clean up the dirt in time.
4.4 Vacuum recovery pump
Wipe dust, remove rust, remove oil stains, check for leakage and other abnormalities, and report any abnormalities immediately for maintenance.
4.5 Pressure vacuum valve
Maintenance after disassembly every six months, cleaning oil, dust, and rust. Daily observation of refueling speed, oil unloading speed, and oil and gas emissions are normal.
4.6 Quick connector for oil discharge and air return
Check whether the inner elastic sealing cover can be opened and closed flexibly,
clean the oil, and dust, and check the sealing ring. If the sealing ring is damaged, replace the sealing ring immediately, and lock it immediately after unloading the oil.
4.7 Float valve
Check for leaks, wipe dust, remove rust, and remove stains.
5. Diesel generator maintenance
Another focus of the Maintenance of Gas Station Equipment is the generator. When the power grid fails, we have to start the backup power supply of the gas station. The diesel generator is the main equipment, and we must also carefully maintain and maintain it.
5.1 It is generally required that the management personnel of the gas station and not less than one person in each shift will be proficient in self-generating operations.
5.2 It is strictly forbidden to place sundries in the generator room.
5.3 The generator should be regularly maintained and tested, and maintenance records should be made.
5.4 All parts of the generator are free of oil, dust, and rust, and the connection parts of the generator set and the anchor bolts are not loose.
5.5 The grounding wire shall be free of looseness, oxidation, and rust.
5.6 The generator belt has no aging crack and moderate tightness.
5.7 The battery electrolyte is 5~7mm higher than the separator.
5.8 The generator oil tank and oil pipe (including lubricating oil) have no leakage, no oil stain, no rust, and sufficient oil.
There is sufficient cooling water in the water tank, the water pipes are well connected, and the water is replaced once a month.
5.9 The instrument switch is open and closed normally, and the circuit of the excitation box is clean and free of dust and cobwebs.
5.10 The carbon brush has no excessive wear, the spring pressure is normal,
there is no strong spark in operation, and the slip ring is smooth without burning marks. There is no dust or cobweb inside.
5.11 The exhaust pipe shall be free from blockage, corrosion, and air leakage.
