Mini Gas Station Design
The integrated appearance, with two types of vertical and horizontal machines, integrates oil storage and refueling. There is a base at the bottom, which can be moved by a forklift for easy installation. If necessary, the top can be installed with lifting screws and hoisted by crane or hoisting machine.
The mini gas station is divided into two parts, front and back. The rear part is the oil storage tank, equipped with an oil inlet, a breathing valve, a liquid level meter probe, etc.
The front part is the refueling system, the vertical machine is divided into upper and lower parts, and the horizontal machine is divided into left and right parts.
The upper part of the vertical machine is the electric control box, which is equipped with the LT-B PRO refueling machine electronic control system independently developed by Bluesky, which can be connected to the global mainstream fuel management system. In the Philippines, the RS-485 Tatsuno protocol is usually used. The electric control box panel is equipped with a display board, keyboard, micro thermal printer, liquid level display, emergency stop switch, etc.
The lower part is the mechanical parts, including the flow meter, pump, motor, solenoid valve, filter, pulser, explosion-proof box, etc. The fuel nozzle is set on the door panel, and you can refuel by taking the fuel nozzle.
The horizontal machine is distributed left and right, with all the same parts.
