1. What is a hydrogen refueling machine?
A hydrogen refueling machine is a device specially designed for hydrogen refueling stations to provide refueling services for compressed hydrogen fuel and natural gas. It is one of the core equipment of the hydrogen refueling station system and an important step in the development trend towards new energy vehicles, showing that it plays an important role in sustainable energy transformation. With the increase in demand for clean energy, hydrogen refueling machines, as the key backbone connecting hydrogen refueling stations and hydrogen fuel vehicles, have an important position in the future energy structure.
2. Why is there an error reporting function?
Hydrogen refueling machine error reporting plays an important role in prompting some wrong behaviors during the hydrogenation process. There are many types of product error reporting types introduced this time, such as E02 ferroelectric parameter error, E03 hydrogen inlet pressure loss, E04 hydrogen inlet pressure loss, E05 temperature sensor loss, E06 gas sensor loss, etc.
3. How to cancel error code E06?
From the wiring:
Error code E06 is an error caused by the loss of the gas sensor. First, check whether the wiring is correct. The gas alarm sensor has three holes, namely GND, ADC+, and ADC-.
From the analog resistor:
First test whether the resistor is broken: use a multimeter to test whether the sliding resistance value has changed to ensure that the resistor is not broken.
From the motherboard:
Use a multimeter to test whether the input and output power supply of the gas sensor are normal, and rule out whether the motherboard gas alarm circuit is broken, then replace the corresponding components and repair the motherboard.
4. Summary of error factors:
(1) First check whether the wiring is wrong, reconnect the wires, and rule out the wiring cause.
(2) Secondly, check whether the analog resistors are damaged, use a multimeter to measure, and rule out the cause of component damage.
(3) Finally, check whether the corresponding circuit of the motherboard is normal and replace the corresponding components.
