With the development and application of hydrogen energy technology, the hydrogen refueling machine, as an independent unit and key equipment of the necessary hydrogen refueling station infrastructure, has received widespread attention.

Definition of hydrogen refueling machine
Hydrogen refueling machine refers to machinery and equipment that provides compressed hydrogen fuel or natural gas mixed hydrogen fuel refueling services for new energy vehicles.
It has metering and pricing functions and is suitable for compressed hydrogen with a rated working pressure of no more than 70MPa for hydrogen energy vehicle hydrogen refueling stations. The control system of the hydrogen refueling machine automatically controls the hydrogenation process and communicates in real-time with the station control system of the hydrogen refueling station, the automobile hydrogenation communication interface, etc.

Workflow of hydrogen refueling machine
Hydrogen enters the hydrogenation machine air intake pipeline from the gas source interface, and passes through the gas filter, pressure transmitter, pneumatic valve, mass flow meter, quick cut-off valve, hydrogenation hose, break valve, hydrogenation gun, and then is filled into the automobile hydrogen storage bottle through the automobile hydrogenation port.

Types of hydrogen refueling machine
At present, there is no unified view on the classification of hydrogenation machine types. Generally, it can be divided into two categories according to pressure: 35MPa hydrogenation machine and 70MPa hydrogenation machine; according to function, it can be divided into two categories: quantitative hydrogenation machine and non-quantitative hydrogenation machine.
35MPa hydrogenation machine:
Refers to hydrogenation equipment with a pressure of 35MPa.
70MPa hydrogenation machine:
Refers to hydrogenation equipment with a pressure of 705MPa.
Quantitative hydrogenation machine:
A piece of hydrogenation equipment that can realize fixed gas volume and a fixed amount of pre-set gasification, and the rounding amount during gasification will be stopped.
Non-quantitative hydrogenation machine:
An advanced hydrogenation equipment that can not only provide quantitative hydrogenation services but also has non-quantitative hydrogenation functions. This means that non-quantitative hydrogenation machines can flexibly perform hydrogenation operations according to demand without pre-setting the hydrogenation amount. This flexibility provides users with more convenience and choice.
