The geographical location of mountainous areas and mining areas is remote, and the construction of conventional gas stations is very inconvenient for people and the cost is very high. The construction machinery operation in these areas is temporary, and the operation position is constantly changing, so it is not suitable to build a conventional fixed gas station. 2. Components of Container Fuel Station

The container station is mainly composed of multiple parts such as lifting and transportation devices, tank bodies, pipeline systems, exhaust devices, leak detection devices, and alarm control systems.

a) Lifting and transportation device

The lifting and transportation device mainly refers to the container corner piece and the frame structure that connects the corner piece and the oil tank as a whole.

Containerized removable refueling tanks can only be transported with no load.

Since containerized removable fuel tanks may need to be transported to their destination by sea and other modes of transportation, their dimensions need to meet the design specifications of the container to facilitate transportation.

  • The square tank has the advantage of large volume and is more suitable for gas stations.
  • The tank is mainly composed of a shell, manhole, internal ladder, and reinforcing ribs in the tank.
  • Designers can design the shell as a double layer: the inner shell is used for oil storage. On the one hand, the outer shell protects the inner shell from impact, and on the other hand, it plays a role in preventing oil leakage.
  • To meet the needs of storing different oil materials at the same time, the oil tank can be divided into multiple independent oil storage tanks, so that the oil tank has the function of one tank for multiple purposes.
c) Piping system
  • The pipeline system is composed of oil injection pipe, oil suction pipe, oil return pipe, sewage pipe, etc.
  • The oil injection pipe is used to fill the tank with oil, and its components include float valves, filters, check valves, ball valves, quick couplings, and steel pipes.
  • The suction pipe is used to refuel construction machinery, which is mainly composed of oil suction pipe, filter device, anti-theft valve, ball valve, flowmeter, oil suction pump, refueling gun, etc.

d) Exhaust device
  • The exhaust device is mainly used to balance the air pressure inside and outside the tank to prevent the tank from being damaged due to excessive pressure or negative pressure in the tank.
  • The exhaust device is divided into atmospheric exhaust device and emergency exhaust device.
  • The atmospheric exhaust device is used for exhaust under normal working conditions.
  • The emergency exhaust device is used for emergency exhaust in the case of atmospheric exhaust failure, which plays the role of double insurance.
  • The inner and outer tank interlayers of the double-shell tank also need to be fitted with an exhaust device to balance the pressure in the interlayer.
e) Leak detection device

The leak detector is used to periodically check the inner tank for oil leakage.

If there are oil stains on the bottom of the long rod, it indicates that the inner tank is leaking.

f) Alarm control system

The alarm control system is used to monitor the oil level height in the tank and the oil injection and suction process.

When the oil level in the tank is lower than the minimum oil level or higher than the maximum safe oil level, the alarm control system will sound an alarm.
